"Tolerance becomes a crime when applied to evil" Thomas Mann

[PART 1]

I've divided this blog up in nine parts and I was lucky enough to get a very talented reporter to edit part 2 and 3 which covers from the year I started this taxi in 2000 until the beginning of 2007. I've decided to use part 1 to list some of the details that are in the other 8 parts and to explain a few things since my story is lengthy. One person that read it told me it's so outlandish and overwhelming that it has to be true. Well it is all completely true and nothing has been even slightly embellished. [NEW EXTRAORDINARY EVIDENCE SINCE THE FIRST OF 2014] http://insanityexpress.blogspot.com

My extraordinary phone troubles began at the beginning of 2007 and many of my incoming business phone calls were being intentionally stopped from coming in. About a month after the phone problems started a guy tried to make a deal with me that involved having all the business I could do if I didn't make any waves about the corruption I had been exposed to or if I didn't call the Federal Communications Commission about what was being done to my phones.

I shot hundreds of hours of video from October 2007 to October 2009 and approximately 1 percent of the video has been loaded on youtube. Without the video there's no way to prove what was being done to the phones and I'm glad I used a camera to cover so many different issues. Even though the video hasn't brought anyone to justice or stopped the phones from being tampered with, I do think it has provided me with a little protection from getting railroaded back to a mental facility and it also backs my story. These people toyed with my phones in a lot of different ways and they didn't need to do all this just to be able to monitor my phone calls. I never cared if they were listening to my calls because I've never had anything to hide.

I wish I could find out more about what all was used to do this to my phones and it's hard to find out much. Cell phone jamming equipment was used, I was placed on a wide area telephone service or WATS  tower like the old 800 numbers, the Sim cards have been bypassed where they've had full control of the phones including the keys. That's why I was having to wait on the Sim cards to come in the mail and I don't think they could do everything to the Sim cards that come with the Tracfones and Net 10 phones like they can all the other phones with Sim cards.

The voice mail boxes stayed messed up and for a long time I didn't even have the option of voice mail. The Credo Mobile phones and at least one of my Virgin Mobile phones would also call the phone numbers out wrong when I played a message that someone left [video 3]. For example if someone left me a message from 405-678-7899, the voice mail would call the number out as 516-789-89-ten-ten and each number was one higher than the other one for some odd reason. The number 5 replaced the 6, 1 replaced the 0, 6 instead of 5 etc. and it was really strange how ten replaced the 9.

They sure went to a lot of trouble for a nobody from nowhere like me and I just don't understand the logic of continuing to do this to my phones for so long. It must be entertaining to them and maybe it gives them some kind of power trip to sit back laughing while for years someone does everything they can to try to stop them. What they did to my land line was also really nasty and there's no doubt in my mind that they have a lot of people inside the phone companies. I've read plenty about it and the Patriot Act has changed things in their favor. I think they'll terrorize a lot more people the way they have me as time goes by and we'll hear a lot more about it when more people start fighting corruption.

If you'd like to help with this story I'd appreciate anything you can do and even simple advice is always welcome. I've decided to number each post in this blog from 1-9 and I'm going to tell a little bit of information about each part. I couldn't decide what to do as far as an opening statement and I think an index that describes what's in each post will help since the blog is so long. I should've had this story finished a long time ago and I gave up for a while after the reporter bailed out. Here's a link to a facebook note that gives a summary of some of the things that have happened and there's just so much to this story.

[PART 1] I'm still trying to decide how I want to put the first part of the story together and it would be great to have a professionally written opening statement that makes people want to read it. I figure that a lot of people won't read the whole story since it's so long, but maybe by providing a little info about each section it will help grab more peoples attention. People can also read the parts of the story they want to know more about now that the posts are numbered and soon I hope to be able to afford to pay someone to edit everything.

[PART 2]  Talks about how the taxi service got started and some of the things that went on in the first few years from 2000-2003. It covers what happened that got me crossways with our former city manager and he got angry at me after he thought I had cost the city the electric system take over by using my taxi service to give people free rides to the polls to vote against it.

[PART 3]  Describes some of the things that went on from 2003-2006 and  talks about quite a few people that I've had problems with. A guy by the name of Eddy came along and bad things started to happen. I had trouble with the task force, city attorney, county judge, district attorney, etc. and I also had a strange incident happen with the local F.B.I. field agent when I called him in 2003.

[PART 4]  Starts at the beginning of 2007 and this is when my phone troubles began. It covers a deal a guy tried to make with me that involved having all the business I could do if I didn't make any waves or call the F.C.C. about what was being done to my phones. A lot more bad things started to happen after I went against this deal and I didn't know what to do. I was angry, scared, confused, and all I could think about was filing a lawsuit. A lawyer that I consider to be the best in this area told me and two other people to go to the emergency room for protection one night after some major harassment,  and a few days after that a DTF agent pulled a gun on me in the back of Drug Task Force. The phone troubles continued to get worse and it was a huge nightmare.

[PART 5]  Goes over several incidents of harassment by the police including having a deputy sheriff do some really bizarre stuff with his police car that was scary. Tells about how I got locked up in a mental crisis unit called Red Rock after I went to the Elk City Police Department to try to file a complaint about what was being done to my phones. Describes what happened when I got out of  Red Rock after three days and I had only been back in town about a half an hour when I had two vehicles stop in front of my van on Main Street. One had bullet holes in the tailgate and they were even getting in front of me when I would try to pass in the oncoming lanes. I called the local police department to report what the vehicles were doingband a dispatcher told me "yes we know they won't hurt you" then she hung up. A reporter at Channel 5 in Oklahoma City broke out a news camera after I drove to his station about several of my phone calls being intercepted and people were trying to pretend to be reporters, etc. including one at Channel 5. I had a crazy thing happen with a company called Telenav and a GPS address sharing account got opened on my phone as soon as I pulled out of Channel 5 after facing the news camera.

[PART 6]  Lists off a few things that were going on with my Sprint phones and I was told that a company by the name of Embarq had taken over my Sprint phone service. I got knocked unconscious by a guy in front of a bar and right before he punched me he said that I was disrespecting the wrong people. I had to go meet with two members of the Drug Task Force inside the courtroom at the Elk City Police Department after a news reporter by the name of Scott Hines from Channel 4 in Okla. City tried to return my phone call [it only went to my voice mail]. I had a very odd meeting with the local F.B.I. agent after I had called him for assistance and I'm surprised he even met with me. I had trouble out of a guy that works for the Department of Human Services and I ended up getting put back in Red Rock again, then sent to a place called Northwest Behavioral Center in Fort Supply, Oklahoma for 17 days..

[PART 7]  This story tells about when I got locked up in a mental hospital in Fort Supply Oklahoma for 17 days and I there's too many details to list..

[PART 8]  Tells about the local F.B.I. agent calling me on the phone to tell me that this town didn't need a taxi service anymore and if I wanted to get my phones to work right I was going to have to go to the Texas Panhandle to get phone service. I switched my phone service to Tracfone, but only half the carriers calls would come to the Tracfone. The other half of the phone calls went to the Sprint phone still and I never would have dreamed that it was only the beginning of more strange phone troubles. I switched my phone number over to Virgin Mobile, but it stayed where about half the carriers calls went to the Tracfone. I put it on a land line and it still stayed like that for almost two months until I ported over to T-Mobile.

[PART 9]  Talks about what happened when I switched over to a company by the name of Credo Mobile and after a year and a half the phones were still being messed with. Got our local UFO investigators phone number on an unregistered Sim card and it seemed as though the one of a kind situations were pouring in. I filed several complaints with the ACLU in Oklahoma City over the years and on the last Monday of January 2009 I got stopped at gunpoint by 7 police officers just a few hours after begging a lady at the ACLU in Washington D.C. for help. A guy at Senator Tom Coburn's office in Oklahoma City agreed to open an investigation at the end of Summer 2009 after I met with a watchdog reporter at the Daily Oklahoman. Sadly the investigation never went anywhere and  I got some pretty serious threats when this happened. There's quite a bit more that needs to be added to this blog and it's real hard to give a summary since there's so many details. I hope you'll read my story and I've been through way too much to let all these crimes just fade away.
[PART 2]

I started A Cab Taxi in 2000 as a joke. I got the idea at my fifteenth class reunion.

At the time, I was working in the office at Homeland grocery store. I’d been there five years and was ready for a new job.

After 18 holes of golf and a lot of beer, I told my old classmates I should start a taxi service since the town we lived in didn't have one. They laughed, thinking I was joking.

The next day I thought of a name for the company – A Cab Taxi – and by dark I was printing up business cards.

Although several people had tried and failed to start up taxi companies in Elk City, I was determined to make it work.

My wife and I were scared. Neither one of us knew much about running our own business. If we failed, I told her, we were going to be up a creek without a paddle.

I already had a mini van and decided to use my personal cell phone (580-821-2945) as the main business line.

A few weeks later I decided to get a business phone with a catchier number. I saw 580-821-2222 was available and thought it was perfect because it could be advertised as 821-ACAB.

I got business cards, reflective lettering for my van windows, and a magnetic sign for the back door – all displaying the new number. Business started picking up in a matter of days.

A friend mentioned my taxi service every time she ran a radio ad for her club.

After a while, I bought a second van so my wife and I could pick people up at the same time. After our first summer in business, my wife quit her job as a waitress and started working with me full time.

A wealthy man in the oil business, Mitch Ore, became a regular customer and helped us expand even further.

He had me deliver groceries to his house at White Eagle Lodge, north of Foss Lake. I also gave him rides around to different bars in Elk City and to Oklahoma City for meetings at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.

I had never made such easy money. Mitch was instrumental in getting our business on the map.

At the end of 2001, we hired a guy to help us on New Years Eve. He seemed okay, so I kept using him and even let his wife drive from time to time.

Several months later, we had a falling out, and he decided to start his own taxi service – Bert's Taxi. I believe this is when our troubles with the law began.

The city decided they needed to regulate us, making sure we had commercial insurance, licenses, etc.

My cousin worked at City Hall as the city inspector’s secretary. She told me to come to her office and show proof of my credentials. I showed her my commercial insurance and operator’s license.

I asked her if the other taxi service had been asked to show proof of insurance and license. She said she was going to call them as soon as I left. Apparently they didn’t have either and got shut down for the weekend. The following week they got what they needed on one van.

A few days later my cousin called again asking how many vehicles we had. She’d heard I was advertising three vans.

The business cards we were using at the time said we had three, because we were planning on starting up a third soon. I told her I would bring down the additional proof of insurance as soon as I purchased it.

The following week I bought a third van, got it insured and submitted all the paperwork.

In the next few weeks we found out the other taxi service was running half-a-dozen vehicles. I was certain they weren't carrying commercial insurance on all of them because the price was so steep.

I called my cousin. The city manager said I had to get affidavits signed by customers of the uninsured cabs, listing tag numbers and vehicle descriptions.

I got several people to ride with them and was shocked to find out they only had to pay $3 for a ride anywhere in town. Two of the passengers signed affidavits about an uninsured pickup and car.

After I turned them in, City Manager Guy Hylton changed his mind about enforcing his own rules. My cousin explained that the city council voted not to enforce the policy, which had already been imposed on us.

Later, the city wanted to purchase the local electric system. The citizens got to vote on the issue.

A few days before the vote, I was joking at a bar about giving people free rides to the polls to vote against the take over. Apparently some of the city manager’s friends were listening.

The vote was an overwhelming “no.”

The day after the election my cousin called and told me the city manager heard about me giving people free rides to vote against their project.

She wanted to know how many free rides I’d given. I thought it was some kind of joke. I told her I hadn’t taken one single person to the polls, and then I remembered the joke I’d made at the bar.

She told me Hylton was very angry and I might be in trouble.

So what if I had given free rides to the polls? It’s not like I would’ve forced people to vote a certain way.

After the misunderstanding got cleared up, things ran smoothly for a while, but I knew the city manager would hold a grudge.

By 2003, we had so much business, it felt almost too good to be true. My wife and I had suspicions about many of the rides we were giving, and people were commenting about some of the places we did business. Friends were telling us it looked like we were being used as a cover for drugs, and I started to get concerned.

I’d heard stories about organized crime and drugs in Beckham County for decades, but I was beginning to discover just how organized the crime was.

We tried being available 24 hours a day a few times, but finally decided to open at 7 a.m. and close around 3 a.m. I took turns with another driver and my wife filled in the gaps. Sometimes I worked 24 hours straight. We ran three vans after dark on the weekends.

We were starting to become financially secure. We had a lot of upper class people using us, because the police were cracking down on drunk drivers. We were in like Flynn with the clique, as I call the group of people that control things around here.

But we also gave a lot of people rides that didn't have cars. I always tried to help people down on their luck by providing cheap transportation or even giving free rides.

In mid 2003, I had a guy named Leonard working for me, but it turned out he had some issues I couldn't deal with. I let him go after a month or so. Two weeks after we parted ways, five drug task force vehicles pulled up to my house looking for him.

I was sitting in my van with my son. Officer Hank Twyman asked if I had seen Leonard. I told him he hadn't worked for me in a couple of weeks.

Twyman turned to Officer R.C. Daniels and said sarcastically, "He hasn't seen him in a couple of weeks".

I asked what Leonard had done and didn't get a reply, so I told them my son and I were going to eat at Western Sizzlin and they were more than welcome to join us.

I put the van in reverse and left the whole group of them standing in the yard. There was no reason for five of them to show up at my house because of something a former employee had done, and they had enough information to know he wasn't there.

About a week later a guy named Eddy came along and started getting about ten rides a day. He kept asking for a job and wasn't taking no for an answer.

He had a girl the same age as my boy and my wife became friends with his wife, driving their child to school.

A friend told me Eddy was bad news and that I better keep a close eye on him. He heard he sold dope. A couple of customers said he was an informant.

The more I found out about our new frequent customer, the more I mistrusted him.

One morning he called my wife and asked her to pick up a computer he claimed belonged to him from a house on the 400 block of MacArthur.

When she got there, the landlord Willis Johnson answered.
The computer belonged to his sister in law Heather Mulligan, who rented his house.

He told her Eddy wasn't going to get the computer.

Heather couldn't pay for party favors Eddy had loaned her, so he took it up on himself to take the computer in exchange for her debt.

Heather had already called the police because Eddy had been driving by her house saying he was going to burn it down if she didn't pay up.

The first time Eddy came to get the computer, Willis ran him off the property, got in his pickup and followed him home. Willis was arrested for trespassing although he claimed he hadn't set foot on Eddy's property.

I decided to go to the police station to see what I could find out about this mess and while I was there I got a copy of a police report that Heather had filed about the threats Eddy had made to burn her house to the ground.

[PART 3]

I went inside Eddy’s house once because he wanted to show me some knives and lighters he had for sale. Inside were monitors, connected to surveillance cameras outside his house.

He had two big hooks on the front door where wood posts could be put in place and I believe that was to keep the door from being kicked in.

Eddy started calling my wife for rides a lot and started to think he could be more than just friends with her. She worked in the morning while I was sleeping and I rarely got off work before 4 a.m.

He told her a lot of details about lawyers, city workers, business owners, police and he seemed to know a lot about the corruption in this place. He worked for the city at one time and a lot of his family still do.

I was interested in some of the things he had to say about Dobson Cellular, but I didn’t know if he was telling the truth or not.

I started sitting down the road from his house to watch all the people coming and going. I was sure he was dealing drugs, but couldn’t understand how he was dealing to so many people without getting busted. I noticed quite a few of the customers were people I had been told were informants.

He heard I’d been asking about him and got really angry. He called one night threatening to burn my house down. I told him if he came near my wife again I would put five bullets in each side of his head.

A few minutes later a police officer by the name of Brad Cochran came to my house and asked if I’d threatened to put five bullets in each side of Eddy’s head. I told him yes, and that Eddy had called me threatening to burn my house down.

The officer said Eddy had recorded what I had said on the phone and he might have to take me in. Right after he said that he got a call on his radio and he told me to stay away from Eddy or I would be arrested.

I became more angry with Eddy and I couldn't understand why he was jacking with us. Not much earlier he had been bound and determined to get a job driving the taxi. I'm certain he was being pushed to try to get a job with us and there's no telling what might have happened if I would have hired him.

Over the next month I had several encounters with Eddy on the road. Obscene gestures became a common greeting between the two of us. He got mad because I told some of his friends he was an informant.

One day Eddy called and said that the next time I call his phone is going to be the time the lights end. This time I recorded the threat and went to the police station to talk to Officer David Pruitt. He said it was enough to get a protective order against Eddy.

We filed the order and when we got to the lobby of the courtroom on the day of the hearing, Eddy and his wife were coming out of  Judge Haught's chambers. In court, Eddy told Judge Haught I was constantly calling his phone. I told him it wasn’t true and offered him a copy of my phone bill, which showed Eddy was the one calling us.

Eddy said I was constantly driving by his house. I provided a list with phone numbers and addresses of my customers who lived in Eddy’s neighborhood. The judge granted the protective order and told us to come back in 3 months.

When we returned to seek a permanent restraining order, the judge was gone. Some lady told us we would have to re-file for another protective order.

Eddy didn’t even show up to contest the restraining order, but the lady said there was nothing she could do. Later on I checked the court records. They said I had requested that the order be dismissed.

Tensions are still running high over the next couple of months and Eddy decided to become a bounty hunter. He points a gun at me several times driving down the road and I refuse to go to the police after what happened over the protective order.

One day Eddy went to the Beckham County Court Clerk’s office and threatened a bonds lady for refusing to pay him a bounty on some guy named Rob.

He got arrested and had drugs in his pocket. He also has a loaded firearm and got charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, kidnapping and several more charges.

I talked to the bonds lady and told her about the problems we had been having with this guy including the times he was waving a gun at me. The next day I got a call from Chet Glancy with the District 2 Drug Task Force and he said that I need to come to their office to talk about Eddy waving a gun at me.

When I arrived, I told Chet and R.C. Daniel what had been happening. Chet said Eddy was going to get what he had coming. I had met with Chet about 6 months earlier to get information about Eddy.

I told them a guy named Rob had called me a couple of weeks earlier because he needed a jump start on a truck at Eddy’s house. Chet called Rob on the number I gave him, but there was no answer.

After their conversation I got the impression Eddy was in a huge bind. I looked up his charges on the Oklahoma Department of Criminal Records website and I really thought he was going to prison.

Eddy got a lawyer named Scott Mason from Cordell, Oklahoma, and told people it cost him $50,000. I started attending Eddy’s Court hearings.

Eddy’s lawyer issued a subpoena to Dobson Cellular (I’m still not sure what it was about). A week later all of Eddy’s charges were erased, as if they’d never been filed. I couldn’t believe it. I went to the court clerk’s office but I couldn’t find an explanation.

I called a private detective in Altus, Oklahoma. I told him how Eddy and his wife were inside the judge’s chambers when we appeared for the protective order. He said that was ridiculous and that Judge Haught shouldn’t have allowed it.

He also said that he thought that an agent by the name of Don with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations was probably involved in getting the charges erased. He said the agent was from Cordell and he had heard many things about him.

I went to see a lawyer here in Elk City to ask him about this and since he knew Eddy’s lawyer Scott Mason, he called to ask him how he got the charges to disappear. Scott of course didn't say and after they ended the call the lawyer told me the most that should have happened was a dismissal on the charges, not a disappearance of the charges.

About a month later Eddy got caught supposedly with $25,000 in counterfeit money. It made the front page of the Elk City Daily News, but the paper didn’t list any names.

I went to the Elk City Police Department to talk to a detective about this stuff and he told me that Eddy was just a little slippery. Eddy ended up getting a minor charge for using a forged instrument or something close to that.

Near the end of 2003 a reporter at the Elk City Daily News contacted me about doing a story on our taxi service. She interviewed us and took a picture of us standing next to one of our vans. The story was on the front page and the headline read “Local cabbies save drunks.”

Eventually Eddy and I began crossing paths again and exchanging gestures. One day when my daughter Alyson was about 2 months old my wife took her to Walmart. When she tried to back out of her parking spot Eddy pulled up behind her and blocked her in for several minutes, just to intimidate her.

Eddy had a job at C & C Crane Service and I had got one of his business cards from a friend that worked at one of the quick stops here in town. The best thing for us to do would have been to call the police but I was still aggravated about the protective order that got dismissed a few months before this.

I tried to say cool, but I picked up the phone and called him on a number that was listed on his business card. I told him I needed a crane to lift him up and drop him in a hole. I started cussing him up and down, and I guess while we were on the phone he drove to the police station.

Just a few minutes after he hung up on me five police cars showed up and one of the officers showed me a ticket for disturbing the peace.

He told me I needed to sign the ticket, but when I saw Eddy’s name on it as the arresting officer I told them that I wouldn’t. Apparently the “arresting officer” can be the person making the complaint or pressing charges.

Several of the officers tried to convince me to just sign it, but I refused. I told them what happened at Walmart and that I was sick of him following us around.

At this point the officer placed me under arrest. I got out eight hours later after posting a $154 bond, the cost of the ticket.

When I got to city court to fight the ticket Eddy was already there, sitting next to City Attorney Steve Hollaway. We both told our side of the story. I showed the police report about Eddy threatening to burn down Heather Mulligan’s house and a copy of the protective order.

I told Steve that the protective order should have been made permanent since Eddy didn’t show up to contest it. I told him about what Eddy had done inside the court clerk’s office and about the counterfeiting in South Gate apartments.

Still, the city attorney told me if I didn’t plead guilty to disturbing the peace I would never have a friend at the police station again. I pleaded not guilty.

Steve said he would ask the judge for jail time if I pleaded not guilty and I asked how much jail time I was facing.

He didn’t answer me, so I repeated my not guilty plea. This infuriated him and his face turned red. He told me in an angry voice to “get over there,” pointing to some chairs on the other side of the courtroom.

He called Police Officer Joel Pierce, who had arrested me, up to the stand. (Pierce is a really nice guy.) Steve asked Joel several questions, and then I got to cross-examine him.

I asked if he had any kids, and he said yes. I asked what he would do if someone harassed them, but Steve objected.

Judge Brown found me guilty, but reimbursed me for half of the fine.

A few days later Eddy placed a protective order on me. I decided to talk to the local FBI agent about how all of Eddie’s felonies had been erased.

I called agent Brad Thompson at 580-225-6000.

I told him I thought someone from the drug task force told Eddy to jack with us because I had angered the city Manager or I'd found out certain information about members of organized crime. He got very defensive. He told me he worked with these guys and that there was no corruption in Beckham County.

I could tell that I wasn't going to get any help from him, but before he hung up he said he would look into my allegations and setup a meeting with me soon.

Next, I called the Oklahoma City FBI. The agent said I should call my local agent in Elk City. When I told him I already had, he said –“So you don't trust the local FBI, huh?”

Before I could respond Brad was back on the phone and told me our meeting was canceled. He said I didn't have enough credibility to be asking questions about corruption and hung up.

It was scary how Brad all of a sudden came on the line. I don’t doubt he was listening to the whole conversation.

The next day I went to see the district attorney at the Beckham County Court House and I talked to the main one, Dennis Smith.

I told him about Eddy’s charges getting erased. I also told him about how Eddy had pointed a gun at me, threatened to burn my house down and blocked my wife in at Walmart.

He said he didn't make the laws – he only enforces them – but he would look into my case.

A friend at the courthouse told me Eddy had been banned from ever entering  the Beckham County Court House again without an escort from a sheriff deputy.

A few days later, at my court appearance for the protective order, Eddy came in escorted by a sheriff deputy. I started thinking that maybe the sheriff was angry after finding out Eddy’s charges got erased.

Custer County Judge Jill Weadon was filling in for Judge Haught's since Haught had to go out of town.Weadon is the wife of the head Oklahoma Highway Patrol for Beckham and Roger Mills counties. She ruled in Eddy’s favor, but said she couldn’t make the protective order permanent at the time.

At the time of the next hearing Eddy had been doing a couple of weeks in jail for possessing a forged (counterfeit) instrument. He probably would’ve gotten away with it, but the detective who arrested him went out on a limb and put him in jail. He was the same detective who told me Eddy was just a little slippery.

Eddy told Judge Haught he wanted to drop the protective order and that he held no animosity toward me. So Haught lifted the order. Walking out, I wondered how Eddy had enough credibility to put a protective order on me in the first place. I'm convinced he was blackmailing somebody very powerful to get as far as he got.

I didn't have any run-ins with Eddy after that, but I had plenty of other problems with a lot out of control informants, drug dealers, cops, etc. I thought it would eventually blow over and things would get better. This sure can be a difficult place once you get on the wrong side of things and I found that out the hard way.

In the Summer of 2004 I was approached by a local lawyer about serving papers and it sounded like a really good opportunity. He thought it would be a good idea since I knew so many people and I was always out on the road.

When someone is sued by the hospital, a bank, etc. they get served papers to appear in court and it was my understanding that I would get 50 dollars each time I did it. I had to file for a license at the court clerks office and get bonded at a local insurance agency.

The total cost was around 300 dollars and I thought it was a done deal after I did all this. A few days later I received a call from the Beckham County Court Clerks office and a lady told me that my license had been contested. She said that she didn't even know how to write up the paper work on it because I was the first person in the history of this county to ever be contested.

I asked her who was contesting the license and she told me it was the Elk City Police Chief. Bill Putman, He was also one of the top people at the local drug task force until he retired in 2011 and I've heard a lot of troubling things about the many years he spent on this police force.

I received the paper work a few days later and it said a hearing had been set up at the court house on the following Monday with Chief Putman and the Beckham County Associate Judge Doug Haught. I took the papers to the lawyer who had wanted me to get the license and he thought I was joking about being contested.

I asked him what I should do and I had planned on fighting it. He told me not to even bother to show up because I was beat. I should have went anyway and expressed my concern over having to take the law into my own hands to protect my family from the person that had been sent to terrorize us.

I've tried many times since 2003 to talk to this police chief and it's amazing that he has never had just a few minutes to visit with me. So much nonsense could have been avoided if he would have stepped in and put his foot down. I don't think Bill had that much to do with what happened to me, but it's clear that he knew about the terrorism and could have stopped a bunch of the games.

Toward the end of 2006 the people who run this town tried to make things as hard as possible for me, to persuade me to give up my taxi service.

There were days when every call I got was phony. I would get somewhere and the person would be gone already, or they’d call and cancel when I was almost there, or they’d say they forgot their wallet. I"d spend hours on the road and not make any money.

It became obvious that someone was tampering with my phone, only allowing calls from certain numbers.

Sometimes they would call every few minutes to see how much longer I was going to be and, when I did arrive, no one would answer. So, I would take off and as soon as I got a few minutes away, they’d call back and say “Sorry, I'm ready now.”

In 2006 I had seven vans. One week we got 17 flat tires that looked as if they’d been punctured by an ice pick. Later windows were broken on two of our vans. After that three vans were completely ruined by someone pouring something corrosive (maybe caustic acid) in the gas tanks.

I started locking the gas caps on my other vans and began keeping them inside my shop and garage as much as possible.

Whoever did it could’ve done a lot more damage. They could’ve put me out of business if they’d wanted to, but it seemed like they were only playing games.
[PART 4]

In January of 2007 my wife and I had been Dobson Cellular customers for fourteen years, but all of a sudden the phones became almost useless. I had always experienced good quality phone service with Dobson up until this point and you can probably imagine how terrible it is to fight something so senseless..

I was at the quick stop on the corner of Colorado and Country Club on February 3rd 2007 when I saw an old friend that had been working for the City of Elk City for many years. I was telling him about everything that was going on and he had some very troubling things to tell me about the guy that was stalking my wife.

He said that Eddy sold dope for the cops and things were real dirty in this town. He told me that I should call the Federal Communications Commission about the phone tampering and I should also call the U.S. Marshall Service about some of the other difficulties.

I went home to get the number to the F.C.C. and I dialed it The call wouldn't connect and I tried over a dozen times but the call just hung there. At this time my other phone started ringing and it was a customer that has been using my service since the beginning.

I will refer to him as Joe and at all cost his identity will always stay a secret. I believe the people he's connected to may have saved my life and things could have ended up a lot worse if they hadn't attempted to do something.

He told me not to try to call the F.C.C. anymore and I needed to come by his place immediately. I got in my van and quickly drove to his apartment. My heart was racing and I was pretty shaken up.

I didn't know what to think about his phone call and it seemed like some kind of weird prank. He told me to come inside so I followed him inside his apartment at Heritage House. As soon as we got inside we sat down and began to talk.

I asked him if he had been drinking and he said "Not yet". I tried to laugh it off, but he wasn't even smiling. He pointed at a flag on the wall that said "kill'em all and let God sort'em out" and I said "isn't that a term that was used in Vietnam".

He began to tell me that he heard about Beckham County back in the 70's when he lived on the east coast and he had came here to join the underworld. I still at this point thought it was some kind of twisted joke, but I couldn't help to recall trying to call the FCC so many times and all the unreal phone problems.

He began to tell me that the District Attorney had a secret investigator on me and he only knew a first name, Chad. He said that the guy had recently been arrested for domestic abuse and I immediately knew who he was referring to. .

Chad B. had tried to start a fight with me inside the cab on several occasions while I was giving him and several other people a ride home from a bar. By this point Joe definitely had my undivided attention and I had a bad feeling on the back of my neck.

He told me that I had always been good to him and his family and he wasn't going to let these people get away with what they were planning. He never would say exactly what that was and he would only look away when I asked him if he thought I could get hit.

He then said that some people were prepared to offer me all the cab rides I could do if I didn't make any accusations, demands, threats, or call the F.C.C. He said not to make any waves whatsoever and everything would be fine..

I told him how crazy that sounded and that all I wanted was an apology for what had happened. I think he could sense that I was going to have trouble letting it go and I think I was numb from what he had just told me. He said I didn't have any choice except to take this deal and he told me to just take the money for the rides.

We talked for a while and he told me that the corruption had gotten so in this country that it could make the whole government collapse and he said the police were very afraid of the people that were controlling things. I wish I would have stayed at his house longer and I have regretted every day not talking to him more about this mess.

I should have left town for a few days so this deal could sink in and I was angry and scared at the same time. For the next two weeks I had all the rides I could do and it even seemed as if I got a lunch and dinner break. People that had previously been so rude and hard to deal with were all of a sudden being so nice by tipping me.

I think this started to take its toll on me because it made my business feel like a joke and I was pretty sure that a lot of the people didn't really need a ride. Every time they would get in the van and tell me what a great job I was doing, the more this crooked deal seemed to eat on me.

It wasn't just about the money and my business really meant something to me [crazy huh]. One day about two weeks after the meeting with Joe I was eating dinner at my house with my wife and a driver that I had hired by the name of Jason Brock.

I had been thinking about this deal that had been presented and all of a sudden I just got really mad. I told Jason that I was sick of this town and I was going to do something about it.

After we finished eating we left the house to do some rides and since it was Jason's second day, I wasn't ready to turn him loose with the van yet. I started calling some of the people that I suspected of being involved in the corruption and asking them questions.

I remember several of them made remarks like don't ask questions or just take off for a few days. I was asking for an instruction booklet since it was a new kind of taxi service and I think I angered a few people with my comments.

I called the F.C.C. and actually got through to someone. I was connected to a lady by the name of Theresa Kinsey and she works in the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau at the Federal Communications Commission in Washington D.C.

She seemed very concerned by what I was telling her and then all of a sudden I got a message on my Sprint phone that said Sprint Washington on the screen of the phone. I told Theresa about the message and she told me to hang up and call the message center to check the message then call her back.

I called the message center but there was no message so I called her back and she sounded like she was afraid. She said she had an attorney in her office and she couldn't help me. I told her that I thought the message was on her end and she told me I should go to Hollywood with my story.

I actually did go to Hollywood in the fall of 2008 and I'll talk about that later on. I think I was so irritated by what she told me that it only made me want to fight all this even more and I really thought someone at the F.C.C. would at least ask a few questions about this many phone crimes. I've filed several complaints with them and it's always the same old thing.

A few hours after my call to the F.C.C. Jason and I picked up a female customer that I knew fairly well and were taking her across town. All of a sudden we had a pickup pull out in front of us and another pickup came up close to our back bumper then another one was beside us on the left.

We were driving down Third Street by Carl's Junior and it seemed as though these pickups were trying to scare us. The customer and Jason both looked afraid because they were both aware of what had went on in the past few weeks.

The pickup to our left rolled down the window and the passenger flicked a lit cigarette butt against the side window of my van. There were at least a half dozen four wheel drive pickups close to us it was scary.

By the time we had reached Washington and 3rd Street we were all three very concerned about the behavior of all these vehicles. The one in front of us kept slowing way down and the pickup that the cigarette had came from was swerving back and forth in an unsafe manner.

I told Jason to pull into Homeland parking lot to try to get away from them and he did. We sat there for a moment and some of the pickups started circling the block. They were intentionally reeving up their engines as they would drive by and I couldn't believe how stupid things were getting.

I asked Jason and April both what they thought we should do and they didn't know. I told them I was going to call a local lawyer that I knew so I could ask him about the deal not to call the F.C.C. and also to tell him about these terrorists that were jacking with us.

When I called the lawyer on his cell phone it was probably around 9 p.m. I began telling him what was going on with these vehicles and he started asking for a description of the pickups. I also told him about Joe presenting a deal not to call the F.C.C. and all of a sudden he said "Randy go to the emergency room."

This caught me off guard and I told him that I had two other people with me that were afraid. I asked the lawyer if we should go to the police station and he clearly said "no don't go to the police station go to the emergency room now".

I had the phone on speaker so April and Jason could both hear what was being said and the lawyer said he had to get off the phone. I think we were all in shock and I told Jason to drive us to the emergency room.

As we drove toward the hospital the pickups stayed behind us and it was way more than an over active imagination that all three of us had. I don't really think I would have been near as concerned if there hadn't been so many vehicles that were clearly going out of their way to terrorize us anyway possible.

We pulled into the parking lot of the E.R. and sat there for a minute talking about what had just happened and we all were very relieved that the pickups were not coming near us still. After we sat there about five minutes I told Jason to drive us to the police station because I was going to tell them about all this weird stuff that had been going on.

I will tell you that the lawyer that told us this is very well known and respected around this town. I don't think it would be fair to him if I put his name in this story even though Jason and April were fully aware who was on the other end of the phone.

Nobody was at the window when I went inside the police station so I rang the bell. Officer Scotty Tice came to the window and I told him I needed to speak with an officer about some problems. A few minutes later Officer Steve Bonds opened up the door and let me in.

I began telling Bonds what was going on and he said he had to make a phone call. A few seconds later Officer Tice sat down at the table I was at and he wanted to know what was going on. I told him some of the details and he seemed to get an evil look on his face.

I told him I had to go and I headed outside to get in the van. Officer Bonds came running out of the police station with Tice behind him and they came up to the side of the van that I was on. I rolled down the window and Officer Bonds said they needed me to come back inside for a few more minutes.

I told them we were busy and we had to go. Bonds again said "we really need you to come back in for just a few more minutes" and I said that we've already been here too long. I then told Jason to back up and as we were leaving I told these officers that I'd be in touch.

A few days later I saw several police officers that I knew at a quick stop and I started telling them about this deal that had been presented to me. I told them I was afraid  the people who were being told to ride with me were transporting illegal drugs and I asked them what I should do.

The first one to answer me was an officer that at that time was in charge of the other uniform officers. His name is Bob Turner and he moved a few years ago. He told me "you should probably just let them deal their dope through the cab and  maybe it will get better if you stay quiet about things". The other police officers name is Chris Black and he said "just run your taxi blindfolded and pretend it isn't happening".

About 3 p.m. on  February 23rd 2007 [about three weeks after my meeting with Joe and about a week after the incident with the vehicles on 3rd Street] I was eating dinner with a friend at the Hog Trough on Main Street. A phone call came in from a private number and my friend answered it.

He handed me the phone and said it was Hank with drug task force. I said hello and Hank Twyman said "Randy we need you over at drug task force." I told him to give me fifteen minutes and I would be there.

We finished eating and headed over there. I figured we were just going to pick someone up like usual but when we pulled in the overhead door on the west side of the building began to open.

Hank came out and said "Randy we need to see you inside." I got out and my friend Seveno asked me if I was going to be alright. I told him that I didn't know what it was about and I walked inside.

Hank pushed the button to close the door and I saw R.C. Daniel inside holding a cup in his hand. I asked R.C. what this was about and he said someone told him that I thought the Mexican Mafia was after me.

I asked why we were in the back of the building instead of the office and R.C. said that he needed me to take a drug test. He handed me a cup and I filled it about half way up.

After I gave him the cup of urine he put a stick in it. A few seconds later he said "it's hot and it has got everything in it". I told him that it didn't have anything in it unless he put it there and I asked him to show me where the test said that I was positive for drugs. He shook the cup and said "oh it's clear it just took a little longer."

At this time Hank pulled out his firearm and said that he heard that I was making threats towards them. He never pointed the gun directly at me, but he said "we should just finish you off right now."

I asked that they tell me exactly what was going on and Hank put his firearm back in the holster then said "you're free to go." He pushed the button to raise the overhead door up and I drove out of there.

Seveno started asking me what just happened and he said I was white as a ghost. I drove about a quarter of a mile toward my house and I made it almost to the Elk City Airport before I had to pull over. I had to throw up and I was real sick to my stomach.

Around the 1st of March 2007 I switched my phone service from Dobson Cellular over to U.S. Cellular hoping that things would get better, but it was even worse. The phones were constantly roaming even though I wasn't out of town. Lots of weird noises were on the phones especially when someone tried to call and it's a sick bunch of people that have pulled all this off.

After only a few months with U.S. Cellular I switched my number over to Sprint and it's so aggravating to pay for a phone service that is almost useless. I was really hoping that somebody at one of the phone companies would be able to help and I was constantly on the phone calling someone about it.
[PART 5]

Around 2 a.m. on March 17th 2007 I was taking a guy from the Longhorn bar to the Cactus Drilling yard on Merritt Road. I had just pasted Falcon Road going west towards Merritt Road when a deputy sheriff car came up behind us at a very high rate of speed.

I was on the phone with one of my friends and I thought the car was going to hit us. I was doing about 55 mph and I was in the left hand lane. The car didn't stay behind us very long and it came on around on my right and got in front of us. The sheriff car then began slowing down and I didn't know what to make of it.

I told my friend on the phone the tag number of the sheriff car and began describing what the car was doing. The deputy car then switched lanes and got beside us on my right again and stayed right next to us for a few seconds. My customer Armondo began asking me what I had done to make him mad and I really didn't know what to think.

The driver was weaving the car back and forth while he was beside us then got back behind us again. It was just a couple of feet from my back bumper and I told Armondo to hold on because I was going to hit the brakes to see if I could make the driver stay back. I was irritated by how close he was to the back of us with no light bar or siren on and it was dangerous.

When I came down on the brakes the car slowed down and backed off a little. By this time I was almost at Merritt Road and turned south to take Armondo to his bunk house. The deputy car turned around and headed back East toward Walmart.

I sat in front of Armondo's trailer for a few minutes talking to my friend that was still on the phone and after I hung up I had a pretty good visit with Armondo about what had just happened. All that kept going through my mind was the story of the nurse that had supposedly been killed by the under sheriff down by Carter.

I told him that I was pretty sure it had something to do with me asking too many questions about the untouchable informant that had got away with so much and I told him that I also had a feeling that it had something to do with the phone getting tampered with.

.Armondo got out and I drove back toward town. When I got to Falcon Road the deputy car was sitting in the median and I slowed down to about 35 mph to try to see if he had his window down. I wasn't sure what to do and I went back to town and finished my last few rides.

The next day my friend called and said that he had someone check the license plate number out that I had given him. He said it was a deputy by the name of Jason and he was a former Marine. That's really nothing compared to a couple of dozen other things that have occurred. I'm pretty sure he's not a deputy here anymore and honestly what do you do in a situation like that?

So many scary things like this happened in 2007 and it's a miracle that I survived all the nonsense that went on. I'm not sure if I'll ever completely understand why all this has happened and I've spent many hours looking into a lot of things that have happened over the last decade.

The next story happened in the summer of 2007 when I had my buddy Bob Mopen with me and may God rest Bob's soul. He died last year and he rode with me night after night for a long time because he was afraid something was going to happen to me.

What a true friend and the guy was good as gold. He had been to prison for a lot of drunk driving convictions in his younger years and he loved ride in the taxi to pick up people at the bars. Bob was incredibly street smart and tough as hell.

We had just picked up Betty from Betty Boop's taxi and at that time she had worked for me over three years. It was her night off and she had been at the Pitstop bar. A few minutes after I told a known informant some information about Guy Hylton being involved in the corruption we were getting pulled over by at least a half a dozen police cars.

The first officer that came to the van threw a milk bone or some kind of dog treat by the right rear wheel so the dog would be sure to hit on the van. I thought Bob was kidding me when he told me the dogs going to hit on the back tire. I saw the cop throw something by the passenger side back tire while I was looking in the side view mirror but I had no idea what it was until Bob told me.

The cop came up to my door and asked for my drivers license and he also asked if there was any illegal substances in the vehicle that I was aware of. I told him that there is no telling what might be in this van considering it's public transportation and I asked him why we were being pulled over. He said that I was going 41 mph in a 35 mph zone and at this time another officer got a drug dog out of the back of one of the cars.

He brought the dog to the passenger side of the van and of course the dog barked when it walked past the rear tire where the doggie treat had been placed. The cop that asked me for my drivers license was now instructing us all three to step out of the van. When I got out the officer asked me again if there was any drugs in the van and I told him that there was probably a half a dozen crack pipes under the back seat.

I don't think he appreciated my sarcasm much and the other cop let the dog inside the van for just a minute or two before he pulled it back out. It really didn't look to me like they were looking for anything because the officers didn't even check the inside of my van.

A couple of minutes later we were free to go as usual and we had something like that happening every night. Usually it was Officer Scotty Tice that would pull me over and give me a warning for going over the speed limit when I was actually going well under.

Early in the summer of 2007 I was driving by city hall around 10 p.m. and I saw Guy Hylton getting in his pickup. They must of been having one of their late night asbestos damage control meetings because he had just got indited for endangering the D.O.C. workers by exposing them to asbestos.

I think he had already been charged with lying to a federal grand jury too and it's unbelievable how the city council tried to save his job for him while he went to a federal prison. It's also insane that he became the city manager of our county seat in Sayre Oklahoma after he was released from a federal prison in 2010.

I pulled in to talk to Guy and began telling him about a few of the things that had been going on. He told me to come to his office in the morning and we would go into it in detail. I asked him what time and he said "early."

Later on that night I went to Denny's to eat and saw a friend there that was extremely concerned about what was going on. He told me to stay out in the open and began asking me if I had stuff gathered up for the U.S. Attorneys office. At this time I didn't have any video or anything at all and I was really scared.

We both decided that the best thing for me to do would be to go to the O.S.B.I. in Oklahoma City and I left after I finished my food. On my way to Oklahoma City one of the Mexican drug dealers from the Bedford Inn motel called me and made the statement "you know you got a family to worry about right".

I didn't really know what to do, but I kept going till I reached the O.S.B.I. around five a.m. I was sitting in the parking lot trying to decide what to do when Officer Chris Black called me from the Elk City Police Department and wanted to talk. Chris is now a highway patrol in the Lawton area and I truly believe he's an evil person.

He began telling me things like there's just too many people involved in this and I should just come back to Elk City. I agreed to come back to Elk City and I was afraid. On my way back I called my wife and told her to get the kids and go to her mothers.

Then I called Chris back and asked him if he could come to my house and meet with me when I got back to town and he said he would. When I reached my house, two police officers were there and I invited them in.

Officer Shane McGlothlin and Officer Bret Moore began asking me if I was on any drugs, and Shane told me to lean my head back with my eyes closed and hold them closed for 30 seconds. When I opened my eyes and looked back at him I said "does it look like I'm on anything Shane?"

At this time it was around 7 a.m. and I told them that I had a meeting with Guy Hylton. They informed me that the meeting was canceled and then they left.

That night I was hauling 7 people from the Endzone bar to 7th street and I was pulled over by four police units. The one that came up to the door told me that the boss wanted to talk to me and when he pulled up I told him that I had been offered a job at the Playboy Mansion if I would give up the taxi.

I was talking about an incident that had just happened a few weeks before where one of the richest guys in town had offered me a job at his oil field company making eighty thousand dollars a year if I would just give up the taxi.

June 27th of 2007 a Sprint Nextel corporate executive from the Reston Virgina office by the name of Andre Sajaro told me to start logging all the things that were happening with the phones and go to the police station to file a complaint about the calls being blocked.

He gave me a case number [1463973] and all he got when he tried to call me was a fast busy signal. The only way I got through to him was by calling from a pay phone. That's the last time I have been able to talk to this guy and have since made thousands of attempts to reach him.

One time I spent ten hours on the phone in one day trying to reach him and the people would either tell me he was sick or on vacation. One time I started screaming at this lady that I wasn't going to take this crap anymore and all of a sudden the phone started ringing.

A lady picked up the phone after several rings and said "Sprint Nextel." I told her that I had been on the phone for hours trying to get a hold of Andre Sajaro and she said that she couldn't imagine who it was I had been talking to. She then connected me to Andres voice mail and I left him a message in November 2007 while I was video taping.

I went to the police station to complain about my phone calls getting blocked [not monitored, stopped from coming through] and I had my fifteen year old son Dylan with me because he had seen an incredible amount of this nonsense.

We met with two detectives and they wanted to interview my son in the back so I agreed. When they came out they took out their handcuffs and placed me in custody. I will never forget the look on my sons face as they took me off to a holding cell.

Once I got to Red Rock in Clinton I saw Dr. Ahn for less than five minutes and that night a nurse gave me a pill that she said was ibuprofen. It was actually a drug by the name of Invega and it's a new drug for schizophrenia. I refused the pill and after three days at Red Rock I got out with a handful of papers.

While I was looking over the paper work I noticed that Dr. Ahn had wrote my diagnosis on one of the papers and it said that I was homicidal, suicidal, schizophrenic and delusional. I was so angry when I got back to Elk City that I put a voice greeting on my phone saying I was suing these bastards for millions of dollars.

I got a call from the Pitstop bar to pick someone up a few minutes after I had got back to town and my nerves were shot. I've saw the guy before that I had to pick up and I know his sister from picking her up on 6th Street. As soon as he loaded up I noticed he was an older guy wearing an army cap and shirt.

As we started pulling out of the bar he began telling me that he drove a cab in Chicago years ago and I was going to have to go along with the people that run this town. We got to the Hog Trough on Main Street when all of a sudden a pickup and a blazer came driving by us. Once they got ahead of us they both stopped and blocked both lanes in front of us.

I noticed that the red blazer had bullet holes in the tailgate and the guy I had with me said "you're in too deep". I didn't know what to think so I began trying to pass the vehicles on the left in the oncoming lane and they would both pull that direction to keep me from going around them.

I picked up my phone and called the Elk City Police Department to report it and I won't say at this time which dispatcher took the call.  I will tell you that it's the mother of the boy that was driving the blazer and a lot of people know who does what around this town. I told her what was going on and she said "yes we know they won't hurt you" then she hung up.

I couldn't believe what she said and I felt like I was in Nazi Germany. Both the vehicles started moving and I followed close behind the blazer to see where he was going. As soon as we got to 3rd Street the pickup turned left and the blazer turned right.

I continued to follow the blazer and he turned into the police station then pulled all the way around back where the police cars park. The guy sitting next to me didn't have anything to say except he told me to stay safe several times. This mafia is out of control and it seems as if they're just spitting in everybody's face by being this ignorant.

I called KOCO Channel 5 News in Oklahoma City at 405-478-3000 and a guy answered that wouldn't identify himself. He said if I owned a taxi company in Elk City then I should know the phone numbers to a couple of motels. I thought this was a very strange question but I told him the numbers to Motel 6 and the Kings inn.

He then asked me what the phone number to the police station was and I told him. I also asked him not to call there since so many things were going wrong and he said he wouldn't. We talked for a moment and then he said there was nothing they could do so I told him thanks anyway.

About five minutes later Officer Brett Moore was knocking on my front door and.when I opened the door he asked me if I had called Channal 5. I told his yes and I asked his if that was against the law. He said someone from that station had called the police station and they didn't want me calling there anymore.

As soon as he left I got in my van and drove to Chan 5 in Oklahoma City. Once I got there I saw a guy  going up to the side door of the station and I told him I needed to speak with a reporter. He asked what it was about and I told him a few of the things that had happened.

He asked me who I had spoke to when I called there and I told him the person on the phone wouldn't tell me their name. He said that no one answering the phones at their station would refuse to tell their name and I showed him the number I had called. I also showed him the time of the call on the phones display and how it showed the duration of the call was over 8 minutes.

He told me to wait in my van and he would check the call records. About 30 minutes went by before a reporter by the name of Mark Opgrande.came to my van and he had a camera man with him. He told they had checked the phone records and there was no record of me ever calling there that day.

At this time he told me they would give me 30 minutes in front of the camera to explain what was going on and then they were going to lunch. I went over as much as I could and when the time was up Mark told me he would do what he could. I really thought that would be enough to at least stop some of the phone problems, but sadly they got worse. It did make me feel a little safer though and I was feeling pretty vulnerable.

As I was pulling out of Channel 5 I received a text message on my At&t phone that at the time had the 821-2222 number on it. The text message came from 86477 and the message said "your Telenav pin has been changed to 2222".

I didn't really think much about it and after I got back to Elk City I decided to reply back to the message. I think I replied help and as soon as the message was sent I started getting the text message that you get on the At&t prepaid phone that displays your balance after every call.

Some of you guys may not be familiar with the At&t prepaid phones and when you send a text message or hang up from making a call the phone screen displays a text message that tells the balance of the phone and how much the last transaction cost.

I got this same balance text message every two and a half minutes for several hours. I called 611 for customer service and it was another one of them one of a kind situations that only seems to happen to me of course. The service representative said that the messages were going in a loop for some reason and he hadn't ever saw it happen before. He had to shut down the text messaging completely to make the messages stop.

I was really curios about Telenav so I pulled them up on the internet. Its a company out of California and I had an account already setup under the 2222 phone number. The strangest thing was that the email address that was used to setup the account was santaclaus@thenorthpole.com or something very similar to that.

I wish I would have wrote the email address down because it got removed almost immediately after I saw it. I connected to a service representative with Telenav and I asked him about the account. He told me that it had been setup at our local At&t facility on 3rd street, but another strange thing that seemed to trouble the guy was that At&t prepaid phones don't support Telenav. He said that the service was only an option on the phones with contracts or by the month plans.

I tried to get as much info out of the guy as I could and he reassured me that it had definitely been setup at the local At&t facility. After I got off the phone with this guy I decided to try to reply to the message at 86477 again and it made the same thing happen where I received the balance text messages every two and a half minutes.

I called 611 again and asked to speak with a supervisor about this situation. He said it was definitively a new one to him and he couldn't figure out what was causing it. He said it looked like some kind of virus was causing it and he had to shut off the text messages on the phone and restart them to get it to stop.

After I got off the phone with him I went to the At&t store on the corner of 3rd and Walker to try to see if I could get them to look into it. One of there service representatives sent a text message to the 86477 number from their phone and a message came back that said welcome to Telenav Address Sharing.

Its a GPS tracking service and the only conclusion that we could come up with was that the messages on my phone were being intentionally sent in a loop to keep me from getting the message that said anything about Telenav.address sharing. Nobody at the At&t facility could find any information about a Telenav account being setup on my phone and this was about par for the course.
[PART 6]

One day in August 2007 I was sitting around with my three Sprint phones trying to make some sense out of several thousand things when I decided to take all three phones and call a Sprint tech number that I got off the net.

I got customer service on all three phones at the same time and went from one to the next asking them if they could hold while I took another call. Finally I got down to one phone and a customer service representative told me that a company by the name of Embarq had taken over my account.

I had never heard of this company before and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor checked it and said she had never seen anything like it before. She asked me if the phone and bill said Sprint and I told her yes. She then placed me on hold while she consulted with another supervisor.

When she came back on she said it was very strange but she triple checked it and gave me a number to call Embarq at [800-877-7707]. If you call Embarq's other business number by blocking the id [*67-800-877-7077] they still recognize your number and a computer voice asks if you want to talk about phone number [your number] press one.

I've never seen a phone company that can do that and believe me I have been through two dozen of them. I called the number that Sprint gave me and a lady in Florida told me that she couldn't find an account for me and said it was odd that Sprint would tell me this.

I started rambling my phone conspiracy to her and told her that I should just switch over to Embarq since the phones are almost useless and since Sprint already thinks I'm with Embarq. I told her maybe it might help stop people from intercepting my phone calls and keep them from trying to impersonate members of the news media, lol..

She began setting me up an account and after about ten minutes she told me that she would call me back in just a few minutes with a conformation. After four hours she still hadn't called back so I called her back. She told me that I had to be a previous land line customer in order to get mobile service.

That sounded strange, but I told her OK I will get a land line then. She began setting this up and some guy broke in on the line and said "Mr. Albert we don't do business in Oklahoma at all anymore" and the call disconnected. I redialed the number but I got a recording that to this day still says "call the talk line at 800-382-TALK". I called it time and time again and it's so strange how so many things like this have happened.

I called the talk line and got there customer service number. When I called the talk line customer service some guy told me that wasn't their number and he didn't know what to make of it. Embarq will even admit that it's their number, but nobody can provide an explanation for why it's coming up as a phone sex line advertisement.

A few minutes later I pulled into the Country Palace nightclub to pick someone up that had called for a ride and I went inside to use the restroom. When I came out there was a huge muscled up Spanish guy standing by my van and he looked angry.

I walked over to him and he stuck his chest out then said "you're messing with the wrong people." I had never met this guy before and I asked him what he meant. At that time he punched me on the side of the head and knocked me all the way out. A friend that was standing a few feet away said I flew off my feet like a rag doll.

After I was knocked out he began kicking me in the head and lucky for me the owner of the bar maced the guy before he killed me. Several people said that I was knocked out for well over ten minutes and when I woke up two police officers were standing over me.

They said I needed medical attention, but I started telling them that I had to make money to take care of my family. I had blood running out of my ear, out of my mouth, off my chin, and I also had a bad scrape on my elbow.

I got in my van and two guys that I knew loaded up. They were here from Florida to add onto the prison at Sayre and were pretty important people. One of them told me that I needed a business partner and I said I didn't need a partner I just wanted my phones left alone.

After I finished my rides about an hour later I went to the E.R. to get checked out because my jaw and neck were hurting pretty bad. While I was at the E.R. I received a phone call from the owner of the bar, the same one who maced this guy, and he told me that the guy got arrested for assault and public intoxication.

He told me that the guy told the police that the reason he did it was because I was threatening to stab his friend while he was passed out. Rob said that he told the police there was no way that could have happened because he was standing out there the whole time.

I asked Rob if he knew the guy and he told me that he was the top prison guard at the Sayre facility and also a reserve police officer. Turns out he is Captain Brownfield and the only Brownfield I could find in the phone book was Officer Dan Brownfield at the Custer County Sheriffs office (2003 phone book), I think that might be one of his relatives.

While I was getting checked out at the hospital my wife called and said someone was tapping on the kitchen window in our back yard (3:30 am). I told her to call the police and I left the E.R. without getting x-rays. When I got home Officer Steve Bonds was in our back yard and he said they couldn't find anyone.

It took three weeks to get a police report and an officer said it was being graded. The guy that knocked me out only had to pay a ticket here at the city court and he should have been transported to the county jail since it was such a bad assault.

He might have got a reward for doing it because he should have been in a lot more trouble and at least got a reprimand for the warden. I couldn't turn my neck for ten days and my jaw is still out of alignment.

After this nut almost killed me and since so many other terrible things were happening, I decided to call Scott Hines at News Channel 4 in Oklahoma City [Four in Your corner] to see if he would look into it. I was really irritated that I still couldn't get a police report on what I consider to be an attempted murder.

This was about a month after it had happened and I was almost healed up except for my jaw and my neck still being sore from hitting my chin on the pavement when he knocked me unconscious.

I got a call one evening from the drug task force and they needed me to pick up two guys. This was about 10 days after I had left several messages with Scott Hines at Channel 4 and I still hadn't heard anything back from him. I gave them a ride to the bus station and they were clean cut guys.

I figured they were probably cops and it sure was odd to be getting a call from the task force considering everything that had happened. One of the guys gave me a business card and supposedly he was some kind of postal insurance salesman out of Michigan.

About an hour after I had dropped them off one of them called back and needed to go back to the task force. He said he forgot to get something out of his vehicle that had supposedly been confiscated. When we returned to the task force their gate was locked so I called the Elk City Police station to see if we could get in touch with someone.

The dispatcher said that she would relay the message and we started back toward the bus station. As we drove up the road from the task force and got by the airport, I noticed the task force agent Joey Bales was out in his driveway by his vehicle.

I told the guy that was with me that he could try to ask Joey if he could go back over to their office to unlock the gate and I honestly didn't see anything wrong with pointing out where Joey lived since it was in such an obvious place. I didn't feel that it was a big secret and lots of people know that he lives there.

When the guy got out and started walking up the road toward the trailer house, that by the way is on city property, the task force agent started yelling something at him. He also acted like he was going to let one of his police dogs loose and I was surprised by this. He immediately got back in my van and I took him back to the bus station.

Over 3 hours later I was at Love's convenience store on 3rd street putting gas in my van when a voice message came through on my phone from the number 405-111-1111 and it was a message from Scott Hines at Channel 4.

I tried to use my phone to call the phone number back, but it wouldn't go through. I even tried to call their regular number, but the phone wouldn't work. I drove to the Holiday Inn to use the phone there and when I got there a friend called to tell me that he heard on his police scanner that the police were looking for me.

I called the Elk City Police station and talked to Officer Bob Turner.  He told me I had to come to the station to meet with the task force in the court room, but I told him they should come to me considering all the things that have happened.

Bob insisted that I go to the police station immediately so I did..When I arrived I walked into the court room where several task force agents were waiting along with Officer Turner. I asked them what was going on and the head of the task force, Lary Damron, asked me if I had told the guy that I took to the bus station where his partner lived.

I told him that we were driving by and we could easily see his police unit so we decided to stop and see if he could help the guy get his belongings. I told them all that I didn't really think it was a secret were Joey lives and it was on city property in plain sight.

One of them said that the guys I had gave a ride to could be dangerous and if anything happens to his partner that he was going to press charges on me. I said that I didn't think the guys were dangerous and I apologized for exposing his residence even though I was certain that this didn't have anything to do with me getting called down to the police station at ten o'clock at night.

The other task force agent told me that he was thinking about charging me with conspiracy and the timing on this deal was absolutely chilling. Why did it take way over 3 hours for them to contact me if they were this angry?

For this to have come about at the same time as I received the voice mail from Scott Hines was very troubling and I still to this day haven't been able to get Scott to even say something like "sorry we can't get involved in anything like that" or "good luck against those bad people."

After I left the police station I drove straight to Oklahoma City and I was determined to get someone at Channel 4 or any news media to look at my situation. As soon as I got into Okla. City the power steering pump went out on my van.

Things just weren't going very well, but I made it to an auto parts place at least. I slept in my van and as soon as the parts place was open I bought a power steering pump. It took me a few hours, but I got it fixed. I went to Channel 4 and I told the lady up front that Scott Hines had tried to call me last night. I still had the voice mail from him and I had so much hope of getting to talk to him in person.

After about 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby a guy by the name of Chuck came out to talk to me and he said he was one of the producers. I told him what had happened and I also tried to explain why I was so dirty. If you've ever put a power steering pump on a van then you know how messy it is and I was a little greasy.

He said Scott was gone and he would relay my message. I felt extremely aggravated after being up all night and working on this van in the heat most of the morning, but I smiled, shook his hand, and told him that I appreciated anything he could possibly do.

A few days later I decided to give the local F.B.I. agent another call and I was hoping that since it had been a few years since our last encounter that everything might go a little better this time. I called the local office and spoke to the same agent I had talked to in 2003. Agent Thompson agreed to meet with me and he told me to come to his office tomorrow afternoon at three.

The next day I got on my motorcycle and started riding to his office. Right before I got to the corner of Washington and Country Club a pickup swerved at me so I pulled into the funeral home parking lot. The pickup also pulled in and came up next to me.

I figured they wanted to apologize for almost hitting me, but the guy driving only said one thing. He asked me if I knew where he could dump a load of hot asphalt and then he drove off. There were three men inside the pickup and I recognized the driver as the owner of one of the local glass shops. I've heard a lot of things about him and one of my friends told me that he's the biggest Cocaine dealer in this area.

It was done to try to scare me and it definitely got my attention. After that I rode my cycle on to Brad's office and it's at the top of the Apple Annie building on the corner of Broadway and Jefferson. I went into a first floor door and Brad met me there to open a security door.

We walked up stairs and I went through a metal detector similar to one in an airport. After I cleared the detector we sat down at a huge oval shaped table that was very extravagant and I was amazed how sophisticated his office appeared.

On one of the walls there was a big American flag and everything was very nice. Brad was a tall guy with an immaculate complexion and he looked like he was in really good shape. The first thing he said to me was please don't act like you know me if you see me on the street and he said he was undercover.

I began to tell him about some of the things that had went on earlier that year and I started with the deal Joe had presented about not calling the F.C.C. After I had talked for about ten minutes Brad looked at me with a real serious look on his face and said "Randy I'm not jacking with your phone." I was surprised by this and I told him that I wasn't accusing him, but I needed his help to find out who was behind the phone tampering.

Just the way he had made the remark that it wasn't him that was jacking with my phones sounded really suspicious and I started getting the feeling that this meeting was a bad idea. It was going through my mind that it probably was him and he definitely had access to all the equipment.

We continued to talk and I went into some details about the two D.T.F. agents in the back of their warehouse that had intimidated me with a gun. We also talked about what was going on with the phones and I described some of the problems that I was having getting the calls to come through.

I told him about the Sprint Nextel corporate executive by the name of Andre Sajaro that gave me the case number 1463973 and how Andre said that all he got was fast busy signal after many attempts of trying to call my number. I told Brad that I could only call Andre back if I went to a pay phone and this is when Andre told me to start logging all this stuff and go to the police station to complain about the phone calls being blocked.

Brad told me he wanted me to come to work for him as an informant and that he would protect me. I told him that I just wanted to run my taxi and he said "so you have what a high school education." I said it didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out there was something way wrong with this scenario and all this had gone too far.

We had talked for about an hour before he said he would look into this and I took that as a sign that the meeting was over. I thanked him before I left there feeling as if I had been wasting my time to even go to his office. I wish I would have tried to handle things a little differently the first time I spoke with him and if I would have known back in 2003 what I know now things might have turned out better.

At the first of September 2007 I decided to port my 580-821-2222 number from Sprint to Tracfone Wireless because a friend told me that he didn't think that the law could tamper with Tracfone as easily as other carriers. I had stayed with Sprint for too long and the kind of phone problems I was having was about to finish me off financially.

After switching phone companies quite a few times already in 2007, I was willing to try anything including an expensive service like Tracfone that at the time was more than 30 cents a minute. I ported the number, but for ten days I couldn't make or receive calls on the phone because it wouldn't allow me to add airtime.

Tracfone said every day that they would get it fixed and one of their representatives even told me not to call Sprint about the problem. I thought it was odd for him to tell me that and I was about to find out how far the people I'm up against were willing to go.

It was really weird how the phone rang and even had a voice mailbox, but only calls from about half the cell phone companies went to the Tracfone. The rest of the cell companies calls and land lines all came to the Sprint phone still.

This shocked phone people every where and they said they had never heard of anything like it. I called Sprint to see what was up and a porting specialist told me that Tracfone had never even requested a port. It didn't seem like I could get a straight answer from anyone and after ten days Tracfone claimed that the port was complete.

On September 13th 2007 the phone finally let me add airtime to it and I had high hopes that I could get a much needed break..The phone could now make and receive calls, but still only about half the providers calls came to the Tracfone 580-821-2222 phone. The rest of the carriers calls still came to the Sprint 580-821-2222 phone and I think I was stunned.

More than a month went by and at the last of October 2007 I tried to port my number to another company by the name of Virgin Mobile after hundreds of calls to Tracfone and Sprint about the problem. Amazingly enough the same problem was still happening with Virgin Mobile and I couldn't get the Tracfone deactivated for some very strange reason.

2007 was the worst year of my life and it just kept getting worse. It seemed like every time I started investigating the phone troubles by calling attorneys, civil rights groups, the Dept. of Justice, etc. someone from the Department of Human Services would call or come by our house.

At the first of September 2007 my wife had decided to go to Oklahoma City to stay with her sister for a while because she was experiencing a lot of depression. She had been checking on places up there where she could get something done about it and all the things that were happening to us made it really bad. It's a wonder I hadn't already had a nervous breakdown from all the terrorism and I hope I never have another year like that again.

On the day my wife was suppose to leave Travis White from the Department of Human Services stopped her from going to stay with her sister and he told me he was postponing that. He did this by illegally granting temporary custody of our children to my wife's mother and I believe they were afraid that she would tell the doctors what these twisted people had been doing to us.

Shortly after he did this he went to my sons school and called him to the councilors office. Dylan was 15 years old at the time that this happened and Travis took his phone away when Dylan admitted to having one. A few minutes later Travis showed up at my house with detective Kenny Shirey and I invited them in. We sat down to talk and the first thing that Travis asked me was how many times a week was I having sex with my wife.

I'm certain he was trying to make me take a swing at him, but I held my cool. Travis asked me if they could look around the house and I told them that I had nothing to hide. He wanted to go out to the garage to have a look so that's where we went first.

They looked around the house for a few minutes and I was furious when he told me that they were placing my children with my mother and law.Travis said that he had been told that I had tossed a cell phone against a wall and he said they were investigating us.

Several laws were broken when he did this and I intend on eventually making the Gestapo of D.H.S. answer for a few things. Several people have stated that he didn't have the right to do this or a reason and it was done to try to make me stay quiet about what happening.

The truth is that this punk Travis White has got away with so many things and his corrupt actions over a 16 year period has earned him the title 'The Gestapo of D.H.S.' As soon as he left my house he went back to my mother in laws where part of my family were waiting to find out what was going on and as soon as he showed up there he told all of them that he had smelled marijuana in my garage.

Funny how him and the police detective both failed to mention the scent of anything in my garage. They would have got a search warrant if there was any odor of marijuana I assure you and that's how Travis got his nickname. One of the people I've heard refer to Travis White as the Gestapo of DHS is a local newspaper reporter and he also said he has heard a lot of things over the years about this guy that are simply outrageous.

After I heard what he told them at my mother in laws house I was very angry and called the Elk City Police Department to talk to Detective Shirey. I asked him about what Travis had said and he said that he wasn't aware of any odor at my house. It would have to be brought up while they're still at the house and I'm not sure slander is even a good word for what he did.

I was giving a friend a ride a few months before this happened and she told me that we could get our kids taken away if I continued to fight this mess. I went to school with this lady and she was also a dispatcher at the police station at one time. It's so scary that things are this corrupt and it's very dangerous.
